Shamanic Drumming Circle Date: Friday, September 3 - 7:30 - 9:30 PM Join us for an evening of ceremony and journeying via the vehicles of Sacred Drum, Rattle and Song, in order to cultivate and fortify a deepening relationship with the Ancestor Spirits (the Allies and Benefactors) in the Unseen realms who guide and direct our paths, to connect with the powers of Nature, to build and strengthen the bonds of community and to be of service in the healing and support of all of our relations. Everyone welcome. Note: Please arrive early. A feast follows the gathering so bring healthy, wholesome foods or beverages to share (along with your own plate/cup/bowl and utensils to preserve Mother Earth). Appropriate attire is requested - women in comfortable ankle length skirts/dresses with a modest blouse/shirt and men in long pants/jeans and a modest shirt. There is never a charge for circles and ceremonies, however, in the spirit of reciprocity, respectful donations are customary and appreciated. |

Sound Healing Facilitator: Philip Scott Dates: December 11 and 12 - 10 am to 6:00 pm - $ 375 Everything sings, dances and pulsates with precious life. Everything is energy and vibration. Sound is vibration. Disease, trauma, illness and stress result from being out of synchrony with the song, rhythm and pulse of Nature and the universe. Indigenous peoples from diverse cultures worldwide recognize and harness the power of sound and vibration- through voice, musical instruments, and movement- to reestablish health and harmony and thereby effect healing. Both ancient and modern techniques involving sound/movement for healing and protection, some of which shamans and medicine people have employed for millennia are introduced and experienced.
