- please arrive 20 mins before your class to sign-in, enjoy tea, and create calmness
- (otherwise, your spot may be given to someone on the wait list 5 mins before class
- (especially at noon time, evenings and weekend classes)
- bring your social buying platform printout (groupon, livingsocial, etc) with you
- bring a mat (if you have one), if not, we can provide one
- bring a water bottle with you
- bring loose clothing, we have changing areas
General Notes:
- **Reservations:
- You can make class reservation up to 3 weeks in advance to ensure you get the classes you want.
- **Cancellations:
- Please make your cancellation 6 hrs before your class, otherwise your class credit will be used up. Contact us, if challenges occur.We also encourage you to learn more about our efforts to share yoga, movement, and meditation to the community through our upcoming programs with youth and how your contribution helps to fuel these projects through our non-profit ILS (Integral Learning Society).
